Trim the wick to 5mm before every light. On the first burn, let the wax melt fully to the edges of the vessel, this can take a couple of hours and prevents tunnelling later on.

We recommend burning for no more than 3-4 hours at a time, and never leaving a lit candle unattended.

Pop a piece into your burner dish, light a tealight underneath (or switch on an electric warmer), and let the wax melt slowly to release the fragrance. No wick, no flame on the wax itself.

Our candles use a coconut and rapeseed wax blend, chosen for a cleaner burn and better scent throw than paraffin.

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please get in touch before sending anything back so we can help.
